Using Satura
Satura's core is a free web app provided by Fluxt Ltd. You may use it for personal and professional purposes. Please don't misuse it or attempt to disrupt the service.
Pro unlock and payment
Pro is an optional one-time purchase of £10 that unlocks the extra features marked "Pro" in the app. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription — there is no recurring charge. The unlock is tied to the account you sign in with and works on any device you sign in on. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't handle or store your card details.
Refunds and cancellation
Pro is digital content delivered instantly on purchase. Where your local consumer law gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase (for example, the 14-day right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), by buying Pro you ask us to deliver it immediately and accept that this right ends once the unlock is delivered. Wherever you are, if something isn't working or you were charged in error, email us and we'll put it right.
Screening, not diagnosis
The color-vision test is a screening aid only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a professional eye examination.
Accuracy and warranty
Color readings depend on your device's camera, screen and lighting, and are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. Use your judgement for important decisions.
Governing law
Satura is provided by Fluxt Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom, and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
